Bakkavör Group's acquisition of New Primebake Ltd completed
REYKJAVIK, 4 July 2006. Bakkavör Group hf. (ICEX: BAKK): The Office of Fair Trading has approved Bakkavör Group's acquisition of New Primebake Ltd. The acquisition of New Primebake is therefore effectively completed.
About New Primebake
New Primebake operates one site in Nantwich, Chesire, where it employs around 340 people. The company manufactures chilled bread products such as filled garlic baguettes, garlic slices and craft breads such as ciabatta and foccacia, and supplies the major UK retailers.
